This screen appears when you click on the Enroll for Online Banking link on the login screen. This screen enables you to auto-enroll for Online Banking services. On top of the screen a welcome message displays stating to provide the required information.
A process arrows diagram displays the process stage and a Need Help? box on the right-hand of the screen displays the contact information. This information and the process arrows diagram appear only for the Self Enrollment.
Depending on the settings of your financial institution, the header and footer text may or may not appear on this screen. Header appears just below the process arrow diagram and the footer appears at the end of the screen.
NOTE
When the system is in Hybrid mode, this screen might appear blank with an FI-defined message appearing on the top of the screen.
To enroll in Online Banking
Complete the requested information.
NOTE

and the application core, some of the fields may or may not appear
and may or may not be the required fields.
The optional
fields will appear within the Please enter ANY ONE of the following
section.
Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax ID Number (TIN) OR Tax ID OR CIF Number : Enter the social security, tax ID, or CIF number as appropriate.
NOTE
Depending
on the settings of your FI and the application core, you may or
may not enter an SSN number using the dashes, commas, spaces,
or no spaces. The examples can be:

Login ID: Enter your username.
Password: Enter the password.
Email Address: Enter your valid email address.
Confirm Email Address: Re-enter your email address for the confirmation purposes.

Address fields may or may not be the required fields.
While the system does not validate the email address itself, it
does validate the structure of any text entered in the field.
A valid email structure must be used (i.e. the @ sign is required
as well as a valid domain structure like fidelity.com
or fnf.org).
Audio PIN: Enter the Audio PIN.
Account Type: Select the type of account you need to enroll (e.g., Checking, Savings, etc.)
Account Number: Enter the account number of the account you need to enroll.
Last Deposit Amount OR Amount of Last Deposit: Enter the whole dollar amount of the last deposit made to the account.
IVR PIN: Enter the IVR PIN number.
Mother’s Maiden Name: Enter the maiden name of your mother.
Zip Code: Enter the zip code of your address.
Home Phone: Enter your home phone number.
Date of Birth OR Birth Date: Enter your date of birth in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
Driver’s License No.: Enter your driving license number.
ATM/Debit Card No.: Enter your ATM/Debit card number.
Salutation: Enter a title or salutation for the user as necessary.
First Name: Enter your first name.
Middle Name: Enter the user’s middle name.
Last Name: Enter your last name.
Suffix: Enter a suffix for the user's name as necessary.
Address OR Address Lines 1, 2, and 3: Enter your address information. The other options for the single Address field are: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, City, State, and Postal Code.
City: Enter the city where the user resides.
State: Select the state in which the user resides.
Postal Code: Enter the postal code for the user's address.
Country: Select the country in which the user resides. This field only displays after you upgrade to the customer care console functionality.
Day Phone: Enter a day phone number for the user.
Evening Phone: Enter an evening phone number for the user.
Phone Number: Enter your phone number.
Click Continue Enrollment to continue with the enrollment process.
